The kitchen, microwave and fridge were very useful, and they even provided basics for a short stay – sponge, soap, napkins, utensils. There was a small table with two chairs. Bathroom amenities were good quality. The reception had nice touches: fruit, sweets and water with a welcome note. Everything was spotless. Good value for money. The metro is right nearby, with a market and supermarket opposite. Quiet neighbourhood, and reasonably close to Avenida de América station.”

Having a kitchen adds flexibility – reception provides a kit with frying pan, pot, ladle, scourer and kitchen paper for a 20 euro deposit. There's also a Nespresso machine with capsules to buy. The bathroom had a bathtub; the toilet looked older but was well maintained. Toiletries included gel, shampoo, soap, comb, shaver and shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste, moisturizer, and even a kids' kit with cologne, shampoo, coloured pencils and a rubber duck. You can adjust the thermostat to your liking. Excellent price for the quality, and the location is great – a metro and bus from Plaza de Prosperidad get you to the centre quickly. The neighbourhood is quiet, perfect for rest.”
